Houdini and co.

Here we have a lovely photo of Nalu's new tag from the hamlet! Woohoo! She's now a 'town dog.' Poor puppy.

Fiona is also very proud of her tag, and she was the go-getter that made it necessary. So.. I'm teaching art this afternoon, only half an hour from the end of the day, and announcement comes over the PA: "If any teacher has a black and white dog, call the office. So I called, and the bylaw officer is waiting downstairs with my Fiona in his truck (she's grinning and happy as a clam). Apparently when he saw her running around he thought she was too smart to be a local dog. The local dogs are hilarious - remind me to photograph those! Picture a husky head on a terrier body with no legs. And the tail curls but it's not bushy like a husky tail. Weird looking dogs!
