so... while i'm on vacation, i might not post everyday. i plan to be drinking while i'm down here, and that doesn't really lead to good, coherent thoughts. or the ability to stay awake at the end of the day and type.

to all the old university friends who drank with me last night, thank you :) I had a great time! it doesn't feel like two whole years since i've seen you all!

i did my hair. it looks really different. shockingly so. my mom doesn't really like it, but she is trying to adjust.

i was marvelling last night about how we can all start in the same place, and then split into such different pathways. single, married, common law, serial monogamy... babies, tattoos... houses, trailers, shared accomodations with the rectally-challenged. it's good to reconnect after big chunks of time, to find we can all still laugh together.
