May those who love us, love us.
And for those who don't love us,
May God turn their hearts.
And if he cannot turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles,
So we may know them by their limping.
--Old Irish Saying
i believe in st practice a lot more than st patrick.
be that as it may, i choose to believe there is a little bit of irish blood in this descended-from-english girl on this auspicious day of irishness.
just for the record, cardinal rules are for cardinals.
An Irishwoman is never drunk as long as she can hold on to one blade of grass and not fall off the face of the earth.
I must say, it is hard to hold onto Canadian grass in march, even for a wannabe (at least on this day) Irishwoman.
