i'm eating a blood orange, but it's totally not bloody. i really like the idea of blood oranges... they just seem so violent.

i would like to send a personal message to kingston's weather: FUCK YOU!! What is the deal with the freezing cold?! i want to run with bare legs and feel sunshine on them. stupid thermometer. yes, it's pretty. i get enough "pretty" up north.

i am eating like a queen. yesterday i dined on the burger king's speciality: the whopper. as usual, i forgot to request no onions. today's special was tomato-artichoke salad with brie and bread. it is not to be topped. i plan to have a fast food lunch tomorrow; perhaps it will be pizza and donuts. i also indulged in a facial. something about the water in northtown is killing my skin. i think there is a lot of silt or something. anyway, i learned that it takes a month or so for a lifestyle change to become apparent in your skin. 30 days after a period of great stress, you can expect skin issues. i don't know if this is final truth, or the folklore of aestheticians.

today i managed to spend less than two hours at the goat. i feel proud of myself even though i managed to tip back two cups of coffee in addition to the morning cup at pottery. i'm not even shaking!

all told, my non-vacation is working out great for me. :D
