i must be crazy.today marked my first Real Polar Bear Dip. we swam in the fjord just after high noon. it was freakin' cold. when i got out (after perhaps 30 seconds in the water) my legs had blue blotches and the old scar on my knee was glowing a sort of sky blue colour.
there's one for the grandkids, wouldn't you say?
