i've never been a smoker, but sometimes i get a craving and i can actually feel the warmth in my mouth and taste the smoke, feel the metallic heat in my lungs. it's actually really yuck, but i get a craving sometimes anyway.
tomorrow i am embarking on my second sick day in a row. i'm not really sick, no. but i am way behind on my course and i really need to get a bunch of it finished. i'm frustrated by it, not least because i didn't want to take it in the first place, and only signed up because a coworker wanted a course buddy. of course then it turned out he wasn't allowed because he's not a member of the OCT, and then I would only have got 85% of my money back. so I've got to see it through.
only a few days until Lesley arrives - what fun that will be!!

i like that picture of kate & me. i think i might have dreamt about her last night, however it may just be because i saw her yesterday. i dunno.
