halloween was the first time in a loooong time that i missed my tongue piercing.i can't tell you how many people old me my punk appearance suited me - even the principal of the elementary school!
i have to say, i really loved my mohawk and the deep red colour while it lasted. i'm more of a streaky red-orange-yellow-head now. it's still pretty cool - looks like flame. but the orange tones don't suit my skin as well.

and yeah, it's funny anne. i was just talking to one of the other teachers about that yesterday. they are definitely responding differently to me this year. i know that a lot of it is that i just refuse to get angry, but i also know that i have the ability to refuse to get angry because I don't feel unwelcome.
I wonder if they will ever know that they made me feel unwelcome last year.
