Can anyone suggest warm vacation places that are good for a gal like me?
We've had a windy weekend. Nice and warm (for us) but too windy to do much. I failed to complete my run because of the wind... it's just too hard to run into the wind - feels like you've got a gag in your mouth. I can't believe it's already December, or it will be in the morning.
Sometimes no answer is the best response you can hope for.

i've never actually vacationed any where warm before. i'll let you know how mexico is in march. apparently cuba is very nice.
Can you afford to go somewhere expensive? The Caribbean was amazing. St John's in US Virgin Islands is nearly all national park, beautiful. Some of the British Virgin Islands were better for boozing.
Florida Keys are nice and cheaper to get to. Someone we know will be moving to Florida soon, yes?

i had been entertaining thoughts of not going home at Christmas... thoughts of somewhere warm and cosmopolitan where i could forget for a week that i live in a cold, isolated place. :)
Well, it looks like I can't go home for Christmas anyways, so why not hehe
kate was in florida finding a place for her and super kitty to live. she's now back in toronto for a wee bit of time.
how about coming to warm and cosmopolitan philadelphia? a lovely vacation spot if ever i saw one.
