um... to be clear... this isn't anything. it's not a tapesty, not a scarf... it's nothing useful. a sampler is just a thing that you make to learn some techniques.
aim: you can just use any old yarn i suppose... but at the tapestry studio they use very high quality pure wool, so that the colours don't fade and the fibres don't degrade. want me to teach you how at Christmas? it's not hard, just takes patience and attention. and as you can see, it's pretty lo-tech.
ya... teach me.... or at least try =) my tremor's really bad today, so it'd be a bad day to learn... btw, when's yer plane back there? I ferget. not sure I want to be away from home that long, but if we come down for Christmas day, that's at least 3 weeks...and we havta bring Keri this trip too...
