i finally tried my board!!!! i bought it second hand this christmas to use with my kite, but we've been hopelessly becalmed for ages. so the kite doesn't work so well. anyway, i took matters into my hands after school today, headed out to the hill behind my place, and tried it.
i fell.
a lot.
it was a blast. i only did a handful of runs down... maybe 6ish. we haven't got a tow, so it's trudging back up the hill again after a run. if i could have been magically transported back to the top, i would still be out there. in fact, i'm sure i'll be out there again tomorrow, if not tonight after dinner. i think it was a good investment.
