anarchy --> arson

if i wasn't flattened by a long day, i would have pictures to show you. my homeroom learned how to alpine ski today, northern style. this includes an improvised skidoo-tow (imagine water-skiing on snow up a huge hill behind a skidoo). they loved it. i brought my board along, but didn't get to try it out yet. i'm planning to take my life (limbs, anyway) into my hands tomorrow after school. if you don't hear anything for a while, i'm probably in traction.

you know, i really like my students. they do drive me insane, but as people i really like them. they are funny and likable. next week we head to spring camp for the week, and i'm really excited to spend those days hanging out with them without having to be mean and pushy and 'teacherish'.

i can't wait for summer. if you're in the area at all, i hope you are planning to come see me at my cottage.
